Management and Administrative Unit

• Staff monitoring by designing, maintaining, and updating databases

• Welcoming, assisting, and supporting the management team and laboratory members in organizing their missions and collective events

• Support in organizing PhD and Habilitation (HDR) defenses

• Supporting management in the preparation of budget planning

• Monitoring and controlling UPEC funds allocated to the laboratory

Central, administrative, and financial departments of UPEC, as well as the EUP and the VTT Doctoral School

• Welcoming, assisting, and supporting the management team and laboratory members, both within and outside research contracts, in organizing their missions

• Support in organizing PhD and Habilitation (HDR) defenses

• Acting as a liaison between the laboratory and all internal university departments

• Supporting management in the preparation of budget planning

• Monitoring and controlling UGE funds allocated to the laboratory

• Monitoring the management and implementation of UGE research contracts and projects

• Welcoming new members: faculty researchers, PhD students, and interns

• Administrative coordination of hosting external scholars on research mobility at the laboratory (invitation letters, hosting agreements, research stay agreements, etc.)

• European Alliance representative within the laboratory (Aurora for UPEC – Pioneer for UGE)

• Executive Committee / Laboratory Council / General Assembly

• Scheduling, meeting notices, agenda preparation, and drafting of minutes

• Supporting laboratory members in the use of the HAL platform
